Dario Oliveira
Artistic Director of PortoPostDoc
Dario Oliviere was co-director of the Curtas Metragens Vila do Conde Film Festival, curator at Solar Galeria in Vila do Conde, and program director, including Estaleiro Vila do Conde and the Porto International Jazz Festival. He has produced several documentaries and short films and has been the general director of the PortoPostDoc Film Festival since 2014. He also worked as coordinator of roundtable discussions and seminars at the Hong Kong International Film Festival and was head of acquisitions at Atalanta Filmes Portugal from 2005 to 2006. He teaches art education in the public school system and film studies at the Escola das Artes of the Catholic University of Porto.
Susann Knießner
Fund Coodinator
Susann spent seven years as a producer at Wim Wenders’ Road Movies, working across international film projects and building a strong global network. She now serves as Fund Coordinator at the Berlinale World Cinema Fund, collaborating closely with filmmakers, industry professionals, and creative communities worldwide.
Susan Mbogo
Executive Director, Docubox. (Fund)
Susan Mbogo is the Executive Director at Docubox East African Documentary Film Fund, where she provides strategic leadership in fundraising, partnerships, and institutional growth. She has over eight years of experience in nonprofit management and film production. With a background in financial accounting and project management, she brings a unique blend of financial acumen and creative insight to her role. Susan has been instrumental in supporting over 150 films through grants and initiatives. Her expertise spans various facets of film production. In 2022, she produced her first short fiction film, UNSPOKEN, and earned a Creative Producing certificate from the New York Film Academy. She has served as a juror for prestigious film festivals such as the Sharjah International Film Festival, Under Our Skin International Film Festival, and Encounters International Documentary Film Festival among others.
