Alexander Sußmann is an award-winning filmmaker from Berlin, Germany. He holds a Master's Degree in Documentary Directing from DocNomads. Growing up in the tranquil countryside of West Germany, Alexander developed the urge to discover the world at an early age. The duality between the beauty of life and the absurdity of societies is constantly revealed in his films. His first short film JAMAIKA was awarded Best Student Documentary by the Portuguese Academy in 2019.
