Florian Baron

Director / Producer (RÆNDROP FILM)

Florian Baron was born in 1984 in Berlin. From 2004 to 2006 he lived in Japan, where he worked on various film projects. From 2007-2012 he studied directing at the Film University Potsdam-Babelsberg. He self-produced his films "Joe Boots" commissioned by ZDF/3Sat, as well as the cinema documentary "STRESS". In 2021 Florian Baron co-founded the Cologne-based production company RÆNDROP FILM. For 2022 he received a 3-month fellowship from Villa Aurora in Los Angeles to work on HOOD RIDERS.
