KORANA - WASSER, DAS DURCH WALD UND STEIN FLIESST

Deutschland 2011 – Director: Michael Schranner – Original language: German – Subtitles: English – Length: 15 min.

KORANA is a visually stunning short film about nature, combining impressive underwater images, deep caves and aerial shots.
So join a magical journey through nature. Float with the water and discover the dance of the elements, rock, woods, air and water. Translated from Croatian the word ʻKoranaʻ means water that runs through forest and rock. The beauty of things lies not only on the surface but in the infinite interplay of its individual parts.
The film shows how the elements of nature merge into one. This is happening all around us. Like in the river Korana. Translated from Croatian the word ʻKoranaʻ means water that runs through forest and rock. It was shot at Plitvice Lakes National Park, Croatia. Korana was made by film students working with a very limited budget, maxing out the limits of creative film producing for getting the best results.
