Student Award
The Student Award of DOK.fest München presents outstanding documentary films by students of German-speaking film schools. The films are nominated for the megaherz Student Award, worth 3,000 Euros.
DOK.panorama
DOK.panorama shows innovative documentary films from all over the world mapping the diversity and current trends of documentary storytelling.
DANCING PINA

Homage Heidi Specogna
The gaze into the foreign life, the curiosity for the other perspective run through the cinematic work of the multiple award-winning Swiss filmmaker Heidi Specogna. The homage presents six films from four decades of her artistic work.
Retrospektive
The six films in the retrospective are testimonies to a trauma that has become a defining part of Spanish identity: the long years of dictatorship under Francisco Franco. The series is made possible with the support of Acción Cultural Española (AC/E).
