TICKET TYPES AND PRICES
- Cinema ticket: 12.00 euros
- Reduced cinema ticket: 10.00 euros
- Supporter cinema ticket: 15.00 euros
- @home ticket: 5.00 euros
- DOK.education Schule des Sehens: 5.00 euros
- Festival pass cinema: 80.00 euros
- Festival pass @home: 60.00 euros
- Festival pass dual: 100.00 euros
- Supporter Festival pass dual: 120.00 euros
Please note: Some films are available only in cinemas or have a limited ticket contingent.
Festival pass
The festival pass gives you access to all films and events (with the exception of the opening). Only valid in combination with a ticket. This must be purchased online or at the box office.
Supporter ticket / pass
By purchasing a Supporter Ticket / Pass, you are making a conscious decision to provide additional support for the festival. Your contribution helps us to continue our work in the long term, whilst keeping standard ticket prices as affordable as possible.
Reductions
- Reductions apply for students, pensioners and people with disabilities. Please bring your ID with you.
- Students can watch all films which are nominated for the Student Award at no cost.
- Munich residents between the ages of 18 and 23 who are studying, in training or doing their FSJ or Federal Voluntary Service can register at KulturKick.
- Munich residents on low incomes can register with KulturRaum München e.V. as a KulturGast to receive free tickets.

Ticket purchase and recommendation for online purchase
Tickets can be purchased on our website for the respective film, at the festival centre or at the box offices of the venues.
In order to avoid larger crowds and long waiting times at the ticket counters, we recommend that you purchase tickets online in a flexible manner. You can book tickets on all digital devices.
Watch films with your accreditation
As an accredited person, you must obtain a free ticket for each event in advance. You can get this either with your accreditation card at our sales points on site or online on the respective film pages. To watch films @home free of charge with accreditation, log in to your accredited account and go to the film page. There you will see the ‘Watch now’ button and can watch the film.

Please note that individual films may be offered online only with limited contingent. You will find information about films with limited availability under the tag #Limited films.
