Jury all inclusive Award 2026


The award honours documentary film productions in which filmmakers with disabilities play a leading role.It is awarded for the inclusive team effort in the realisation of the film. The prize is donated by the Werksviertel-Mitte Stiftung and endowed with 5,000 euros.

Barbara Fickert

Founder und Managing Director of Kinoblindgänger gGmbH & Blogger

Barbara Fickert, who was born in Mannheim with severe visual impairment, has lived in Berlin since 1983. She runs the blog blindgaengerin and is committed to promoting more accessible cinema as the initiator and managing director of Kinoblindgänger gGmbH, which was founded in 2016: Among other things, she has produced accessible versions of international arthouse films with donations and produced the video HEROES FOR EVERYONE – ACCRESSIBLE FILM VERSION: HOW DOES IT WORK?

She is a member of Hörfilm e.V., the Friends of the German Film Academy, and the Association Vielfalt im Film.

Vika Gurina

Director, Film Educator, Video Artist & Project Manager of the Inclusion Working Group at Pro Quote Film

Vika Gurina, born in Bishkek, is a director, film educator, and video artist who works freelance at the intersection of theater, film, and art. She has been studying media arts at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne since 2021, specializing in directing and screenwriting. As project manager of the inclusion working group at the Pro Quote Film initiative, she is actively committed to increasing accessibility and breaking down barriers in the film industry.

 

Leonard Grobien

Screenwriter & Director Aura Film Production

Leonard Grobien made his first film GLASKNOCHEN, an autobiographical short documentary, in 2018. While studying screenwriting at Ifs Cologne, he directed and wrote five short films and has since developed further concepts and screenplays for feature films. With his production company Aura Film, he produces short and feature-length films and commercials. He is a co-creator in the writers' room of the MOIN Nest-funded series project CRIPS and co-wrote the ZDF series WTF IS JULE?
