Nele Stoß

Assistant to the Managing Director, programme selection

Nele Ayleen Stoß studied cultural anthropology in the integrated field of study "Culture - Theatre - Film" and French at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. For an internship at German Films Service + Marketing GmbH she went to Munich, where she subsequently worked as a distribution assistant at Zorro Film.

Nele has been working at DOK.fest Munich since 2019. She initially joined the film administration team, becoming its head in 2022. In the summer of 2023, she moved to the management team as a consultant. Nele is also part of the programme team and has been a member of the festival's steering committee since autumn 2025.
