22 year-old Colten Boushie, a member of Canada’s indigenous population, is fatally shot in the head while he is out with friends. His family starts to campaign: against the perpetrators, against the judiciary and for the rights of the First Nations.

Biography

Tasha Hubbard is a filmmaker and professor of Native Studies and Art at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. Born a Cree, she grew up with white adoptive parents. In her work she deals with racism and the history of the First Nations.
