Even in the world’s most remote mountain regions, globalisation leaves its mark: on fashion, waste and a teenager’s dreams to become a software developer. Her parents support her wholeheartedly, for as farmers they get to feel the consequences of climate change.

 

 

Biography

Minsu Park is a German director and cameraman of South Korean origin. The film AMMA & APPA (camera) celebrated its premiere at the Berlinale and was shown at the DOK.fest Munich. His graduation film at the University of Television and Film in Munich SEWOL – DIE GELBE ZEIT (2017) won Studio Hamburg Prize for Best Documentary and Grimme Prize (2018).
