Tiba joined the youth protest movement in 2019 and, with her fellow protestors, has occupied Tahrir Square in Baghdad for 100 days. When the police tries to crush the peaceful protests with violence, she gives medical aid to the wounded. She forges new friendships and establishes ideas and dreams. But then a friend dies and that is too much even for the strong Tiba. Dayela Valenzuela

Biography

Karrar Al-Azzawi
The Iraqi filmmaker began his career in a refugee camp in Greece, where he made his first short film Just Crumbs, which was screened at several film festivals. He is currently studying film directing in Norway.
