2nd Munich Film Summit kicks off DOK.fest München
on the topic of “Outside the Box: New (Thinking) Spaces for Film Culture”
Together with Filmstadt München e.V. and FILMFEST MÜNCHEN, we invite you to actively shape the future of film culture in the state capital. Under the title Outside the Box: New (Thinking) Spaces for Film Culture, the 2nd Munich Film Summit will bring together various players from the local film and cinema scene to promote open exchange and jointly develop positive approaches, fresh ideas, and impulses for a rich and vibrant film culture in Munich.
The 2nd Munich Film Summit will take place on Thursday, 7 May 2026 at 9.30am at the HFF München as part of DOK.fest München and will be opened by Cultural Affairs Officer Marek Wiechers.
Afterwards, there will be an opportunity for discussion at a reception.
