1. Münchner film summit
For the first time, DOK.fest München, Filmstadt München e.V. and Filmfest München, sponsored by the Cultural Department of the City of Munich, are organising a think tank to discuss the future of cinema culture in the city.
The event builds on the symposium "Mehr Filmkultur für alle!" organised by Filmstadt München e.V. in 2022. Under the motto ‘Networking creativity, strengthening locations and promoting film culture’, we are bringing together important players and decision-makers from the industry, politics, culture and society to exchange ideas, discuss and find ways in which we can shape, enable and secure a vibrant and sustainable film culture in Munich.

The 2nd Mayor of the City of Munich Dominik Krause will welcome the guests, the film summit will be moderated by BR host Christina Wolf.
