Two Afghan brothers meet again in Copenhagen after nine years apart. Popal had already arrived in his new home but Darmal’s asylum application was refused. Despite the hopelessness of the situation and with a lot of support, Popal takes up the fight for his brother’s future.

Kathrine Ravn Kruse

Ravn Kruse holds a Master's degree in Film and Media Studies from the University of Copenhagen. She also studied documentary film at the School of Visual Arts in New York.
