Biography
Guillaume Maupin is a musician and filmmaker based in Brussels. He performs solo or with the group Tartine de Clous and collaborates with artists from the experimental music scene. THE MAGIC CITY – BIRMINGHAM SELON SUN RA is his first feature-length documentary.
Pablo Guarise was born in 1994 and grew up in the suburbs of Paris. He studied and works in Brussels, where he has directed several short fiction-documentary films. His films explore the margins and depict spaces that are both ordinary and fantastical. THE MAGIC CITY - BIRMINGHAM SELON SUN RA is his first feature film.
