Klaus Stern
Born in Ziegenhain in North Hesse, grew up on a farm, certified letter carrier. The filmmaker studied economics and politics at the University of Kassel and founded his own production company, sternfilm, in 2000. In his multi-award-winning documentary films, Stern explores the relationship between capital and people.

Frank Marten Pfeiffer
The documentary film director and cinematographer graduated from the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in 2004 with a degree in directing and cinematography. In addition to documentaries on social and political topics, he also devotes himself to cinematic installations for museums. His documentaries were nominated, among others, for the Grimme Award.
