Simon Panay
The French filmmaker shot his first documentary in Africa in 2012. Finalised in 2014, his second documentary WAITING FOR THE (T)RAIN was highly successful internationally with over 85 official festival invitations and 17 awards. IF YOU ARE A MAN is Panay's second feature-length film.
