Rambling through the wood and the wilderness with Holly, Peaches and co. Conversations about relationships, illnesses and holidays take place along the way. Insightful images, consistently filmed from the perspective of the four-legged protagonists.

Erich Taschek, the filmmaker’s father, died suddenly in the bathroom of a heart attack. Until then he had been living with his family in a self-built house. But his daughter claims that he had disappeared much earlier. 24 years ago he changed places with a doppelganger: a man that looked like him and yet was no longer him. An essay film that digs deep into the family album looking for clues.

Schweiz 2018 – Director: Yan Sterckx – Original with English subtitles

Pui is a modest man. He belongs to the Urak Lawoi, an indigenous people of sea nomads. As the owner of a boat he lives from fishing and the boom of Thai tourism. At night, when the others celebrate, he is there - at the other end of the world - for his children.
