The formal qualities of the films at the Panorama are as diverse as their themes. They epresent the diversity of documentary narratives, often celebrating their German – and international – premieres.
THE GRAND HOTEL BALLET

Learning the ropes in a traditional French hotel: laying tablecloths neatly (ironing helps!), cleaning rooms, serving, greeting guests. Stepping out of line is frowned upon but the young people start dancing and singing. A documentary musical.
