A brutal bank robbery in the small town of Siegelsbach in South West Germany left one witness dead and two others badly injured. The locals could hardly believe it when the finger of blame was pointed at the town's baker, but as the days went by more and more evidence seemed to incriminate the local businessman, Alfred B. He was in debt; he was a wannabe hunter who spent more time in the forest than in the bakery, and had attacked innocent walkers. Without any disguise he had walked into the bank and shot the cashier – and all for 30,000 Euros. People who knew him, customers, neighbours - everyone had heard or seen something. As rumours spread, so grew the townspeople's opinions and beliefs on the matter and all doubts were eliminated. That is until the trial, in which B. was found not guilty – guess what? The baker didn't do it.
