Let my hands speak to you... How do people communicate who can neither hear nor speak nor see?

Hyronimus Lorm (1821-1902) developed a system called "Lormen". By way of touching, stroking, tapping and gripping one another’s hands, deaf-mutes are able to convey words and sentences.

Lormen is a delicately filmed study of one married couple’s hands-on conversation, shot in black-and-white. We are allowed to experience their dialogue, and realize how intense a relationship can become, even when yelling at one another is not an option.
