Miriam Jakobs

Miriam Jakobs, M.A., (born 1972) completed theatre, film and television studies, German philology and English philology in Cologne and visited the summer school at Cambridge University. Since her master’s degree in 1997 she worked as an assistant professor at Cologne University and at the Munich School for Film and Television before setting out on her own as writer and director of documentaries and as lecturer for film studies. She lives in Cologne and Berlin.
