Alina studied English Cultural Studies at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg and Theater Studies at LMU Munich and Stockholm University. She gained a wide range of experience in project organization, artist management, and marketing at institutions such as Tanzwerkstatt Europa, the Bavarian State Ballet, Munich International Film Festival, and HochX Theater Munich. From 2023 to 2025, she coordinated DOK.forum, the industry section of DOK.fest München. Since 2026 she's Head of Industry at Munich International Film Festival
