Malgorzata Prociak

Film producer, production manager, and cultural activist. She graduated in Czech Studies from the University of Wrocław and from the Film Production Department at the Polish National Film School in Łódź (PWSFTviT). She has produced several short films and four feature-length documentaries, recognized at numerous Polish and international festivals. In 2025, she became a partner Raban. She specializes in socially engaged documentaries addressing urgent and contemporary issues. Her projects have been developed or co-produced in collaboration with HBO, SVT, DR, ARTE, the Tribeca Film Institute, the Polish Film Institute, CNC, and Creative Europe. She is an alumna of Ex Oriente Workshop and IDFA Academy. Since 2025, she has served as Vice-President of the Polish Producers Alliance.
