Julia von Heinz’s 80-year-old father passes away unexpectedly. It is only through his legacy that the filmmaker discovers that the former reserve officer was gay and had been leading a double life. In addition to her work as a director, Julia von Heinz, who holds a doctorate in filmmaking from the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf, is also active as a screenwriter, producer, and professor at filmuniversity HFF München.
