Nikola Kohl
Geschäftsführerin und Produzentin (south&browse GmbH)

Nikola Kohl is Managing Director and Producer at south&browse (All3Media). For over 20 years, she has developed and produced high-quality documentaries and factual formats for leading broadcasters and platforms. Her work focuses on innovative storytelling and the use of new technologies and artificial intelligence. Since 2022, she has led the company’s strategic and creative transformation, implementing AI-driven development and production processes. As a board member of the German Producers Alliance (Documentary Section) and part of its AI Advisory Board, she helps shape guidelines for responsible AI use. She also teaches as a guest lecturer, bridging production practice and technological innovation.

Johanna Teichmann
Redakteurin (Bayerischer Rundfunk)

Since graduating from the University of Television and Film Munich Johanna Teichmann had worked for 15 years as a producer for both fictional and documentary films. In July 2023 she became commissioning editor at Bayerischer Rundfunk; now responsible for documentary films, documentary series and "Lebenslinien",
