Marta Castillo
Marketing (Back Market)

I'm a marketing professional with 10+ years of experience, currently at Back Market, the world's leading marketplace for refurbished tech. This year, I took my first steps into documentary filmmaking as part of the team that created Back Market's first in-house doc. I'm here to learn how to better promote and distribute films, bringing an audience-first, marketer's perspective to the craft.

Felix Golenko
(-)

Felix Golenko is a documentarian and sound recordist driven by the belief that stories don't just reflect society—they shape it. Following years of freelance work and a directing degree from Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg (2016–2024), Felix has dedicated his career to the art of non-fiction. He is renowned for creating intimate cinematic spaces that foster deep connections between audiences and protagonists. His recent work on the biggest climate case in history demonstrated the profound impact of strategic documentary storytelling. Felix’s approach is grounded in deep listening, comprehensive research, and a philosophical curiosity about the human condition.
