African Encounters 2025: Panel Discussion
LET’S TALK CLIMATE!
Following the screening of THE BATTLE FOR LAIKIPIA, we will engage in a discussion with filmmakers, scientists, and activists about climate change and climate justice: How does the legacy of colonialism continue to shape climate injustice in post-colonial nations? And what role can documentary filmmaking play in raising awareness and promoting global activism? We invite the Munich audience, as part of African Encounters 2025: LET'S TALK CLIMATE!, to be part of a dialogue between Africa and Europe – bringing the topic of climate change back on the agenda!
The event will be held in English.
Admission is free. Please buy a free ticket via the ticket link.
