A day in the life of the capital city of Berlin. 90 years since its premiere, Walter Ruttmann’s documentary still captivates audiences with its intoxicating pace and hypnotic images. Tobias PM Schneid’s new film score brings the twenties back to life.

The Münchener Kammerorchester, conducted by Jonathan Stockhammer presents the premiere of the new film score, "A City's Symphony" (2016). The composition has been made possible by a composition commission by Versicherungskammer Kulturstiftung. The film concert is a part of the "Symphonic Documentary" event series, a collaboration between Versicherungskammer Kulturstiftung, DOK.fest and MKO.
