Award ceremony of the main festival awards

We cordially invite you to the award ceremony of the main awards of the 36th DOK.fest München. In the presence of the award winners and representatives of the jury and award donors, we will officially award the VIKTOR Main Competition DOK.international, VIKTOR DOK.deutsch, VIKTOR DOK.horizonte. 

VIKTOR Main Competition DOK.international

The main prize of the festival honours outstanding films in the main competition DOK.international. The VIKTOR Main Competition is endowed with 10,000 euros. The prize is sponsored by Bayerischer Rundfunk and Story House Productions, a company of the Bavaria Film Group. Nominations are open to films that cover a broad spectrum of content and form and are distinguished by their high artistic quality.

VIKTOR DOK.deutsch

The DOK.deutsch competition presents films that deal with people and events in the German-speaking world. The VIKTOR DOK.deutsch is endowed with 5,000 euros.

VIKTOR DOK.horizonte

The films in the DOK.horizonte competition tell of countries in transition. They are nominated for the VIKTOR DOK.horizonte, endowed with 5,000 euros, donated by the Petra-Kelly-Stiftung.

Tickets for the nominees for DOK.international, DOK.deutsch and DOK.horizonte now available in presale, the films can be watched from 06 to 23 May 2021.
