Who we are

The programme selection 2010 will be made by Dunja Bialas (UNDERDOX), Tamara Danicic and Knut Karger (nonfiktionale), Tina Janker and Jan Sebening (University of Television and Film Munich), Anja Klauck (KASSELER DOKFEST), Marcus Morlinghaus (Monopol News), Ulla Wessler (Filmstadt München e.V.), Alexandra Hog, Caroline Piotrowski, Christian Pfeil and Daniel Sponsel (DOK.FEST).

Daniel Sponsel, documentary film Director and freelance film teacher, has been the Artistic Director of the festival since 2009.

Christian Pfeil, Manager of the Munich Monopol and Neues Arena cinemas, has been the festival's Managing Director since 2009.

Ulla Wessler, Managing Director of Filmstadt München e.V., supervises the organisation and attends to the guests and professionals.

Andrea Naica-Loebell is our Press Officer.

Caroline Piotrowski is our Office Manager.

Alexandra Hog is Assistant to the Artistic Director.

Silvia Bauer, Dunja Bialas, Tamara Danicic, Jan Sebening, Anja Klauck, Marcus Morlinghaus, Caroline Piotrowski, Till Schönecker and Daniel Sponsel write for our catalogue and website. Laura Gardner writes the English texts.

Maren Bornemann is Photo Editor and Text Coordinator.

Adele Kohout and Samay Claro are in charge of PR.

Adele Kohout is also the Head of Accreditations.

Frank Weismann is responsible for Event Managment and Film Subtitling.

Caren Pfeil is responsible for the content of DOK.education.

Iris Fellner is responsible for Fundraising and Sponsoring.

Tina Jehle is responsible for Advertising Sales.
