Questions concerning the entry form

"Trying to use the login with my name and password, an error occurs".

• Have you really registered first?
• After registering, have you really used the link you received in an extra e-mail?

"I tried to use this link, but an error occured"

• depending on your browser the link is sometimes broken into two lines - very often after the question mark "?". So copy the link completely and without any breaks into your browser.
• you need to use the link only once - and can enter with your personal username and password without any further delay at my account (if you use the link more often you will read "this activation key is not valid").

"I forgot my password - what can I do?"

• Use the function "password lost" at "my account" - You'll receive a new password sent to the e-mail address you named.

"I tried to register - but it doesn't work"

• Registering is the FIRST STEP (you receive an e-mail with a link you have to use once). Using this link your registration will be confirmed. From now on you can login at My Account with your own Username and Password.
